Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Mojo Digital Agency is not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojo Digital Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Mojo Digital Agency in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing, and internal processes. This obligation survives termination of services.
